FC History Department Presents "Azerbaijan & The World" Azerbaijan holds an exceptionally crucial position in the Caucasus. As an oil-rich nation experiencing rapid economic and social developments, it is an important ally of the United States. In this lecture featuring the Honorable Nasimi Aghayev, the Consul General of the Republic of Azerbaijan, we would like to explore the role of Azerbaijan in the world, its relationship with the U.S., and neighbors such as Iran, Armenia, Russia, Georgia, and Turkey. Azerbaijan historical and cultural developments as well as transformation shall be covered in this lecture. The lecture will be followed by a Q&A session.
