G2B Presents: Undocumented Students and Trauma-Informed Practices: Part II

April 7, 2025 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Zoom
Resources for Undocumented Students
California's community college system is dedicated to promoting inclusivity and ensuring equal access to excellent higher education for all individuals. Students without documentation demonstrate remarkable bravery, adaptability, and ingenuity in pursuing their educational goals. These students often balance their studies with employment to cover educational costs and provide for their families. Many have deep roots in California, with the majority of their education - from elementary through high school - taking place within the United States.
In support of our Undocumented Students, the NOCCCD Office of Diversity, Culture, and Inclusion will be hosting a two-part series titled: “Understanding Undocumented Students & Family Communities”
