Meet new people in a non-classroom setting! The FC Leisure Reading Book Group encourages students to read for recreation. Through the generosity of the Friends of the Library, students receive a free book chosen by the student participants. The group will meet to discuss the themes in the selected book during informal gatherings over snacks. It’s a great opportunity for students to meet others and to practice expressing their opinions in a relaxed environment.
The Leisure Reading Group meets twice monthly on Thursdays from 3:00-4:30 pm. No meetings in December.The first meetings will be held in the library on the following dates:
