Campus Preparation for Dia De Los Muertos!

Fullerton College

Fullerton College is gearing up for the Annual Dia De Los Muertos!
Each year, the FC Ethnic Studies Department hosts the highly popular Dia De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) in the campus quad on the last Thursday in October. Fullerton College welcomes hundreds of community members to come witness this moving display of veneration of loved ones who have passed on.
In anticipation of this highly popular event, many departments are providing the following:
Ethnic Studies – Dia ...De Los Muertos
Thursday, October 26, 6pm-10pm, on the quad
FC Library – Day of the Dead altar display
Stop by the first floor lobby and see an example of a typical altar!
Cadena Cultural Center – Day of the Dead decoration
The Cadena Cultural Center is decorated in “papel picado”!
FC Art Gallery - Sketchcrawl
Thu. Oct. 26 - 6-10pm in the quad
The Art Department will be having a "sketchcrawl" on the evening of the Dia De Los Muertos - to join in, please visit the FC Art Gallery located on the 1st floor of the 1000 building.
