Two hour interactive training on the prevention of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and bullying. Topics of discussion will include the NOCCCD Board Policy, State and Federal laws, which prohibit harassment, discrimination and retaliation, and how to prevent harassment and discrimination strategies. The training is mandatory for all regular and temporary District managers, classified coordinators, and confidential executive assistants. In addition, faculty coordinators and classified staff who perform a lead role in assigning work to hourly employees are encouraged to attend.
