This interactive workshop is designed for individuals serving as the EEO Representative on hiring committees. The workshop covers bias in hiring, benefits of diversity, diversity myths, conducting recruitment for diverse pools, assessment of diversity minimum qualifications, and non-discrimination in hiring.  The workshop focuses on the role of the EEO Representative and is open to any District employee. The training is mandatory for all regular and temporary District managers, classified coordinators, and confidential executive assistants.
