A College Student's Guide to
Time Management
Do you find yourself forgetting scheduled appointments, deadlines for school work, or do you feel overwhelmed and out of control of your time? This workshop is designed to help you learn how to balance your work, school, and life obligations.

Financial Aid Awareness Day!

It's that time of the year when students thoughts turn to how they are going to pay for school! In short, it's FAFSA season and this year, the Cadena/Transfer Center and Financial Aid &Veteran's Services Office are teaming up to bring you a day of comprehensive workshops designed for you to get informed about financial aid, FAFSA, and how to manage your personal finances! Health Professions Symposium

Personal Statement Workshop Need assistance with your personal essay/statement? The Cadena/Transfer Center is here to help you and effective personal statement for any university admissions application. Assistance is available during our working hours.
In addition, in the Fall the Cadena/Transfer Center teams with the Writing Center to provide Personal Statement Workshops designed to help you write an effective personal essay/statement.

Tips to be Successful in Math!

Is math a tough subject for you? When you are faced with signing up for a math class is your first thought "I can't ?"
Attend one of these workshops to learn tips and strategies of how to study and make the grade in your math classes.

If you feel that your difficulty with mathematics may be caused by a learning disability please make an appointment to speak with a representative from the
Disability Support Services.

Future Teachers Seminars Students who are planning to enter the teaching profession for any subject in the kindergarten through 12th grade (K-12) levels should attend this important seminar. Offered by the CSU Fullerton Center for Careers in Teaching, these workshops will help you learn about the requirements for earning a California teaching credential. These seminars are held throughout the fall and spring semesters. NO RSVP is required to attend.
