Mindful Growth Initiative

The Mindful Growth Initiative is making a concerted effort to be sure that all students have access to resources, which we feel can be particularly helpful during the pandemic

The first events this semester are workshops that introduce students to the Mindful Growth Initiative led by Miguel Powers and Deidre Hughes, co-coordinators. In these workshops, students acquire strategies to augment learning and lower stress. They are being held on 9/03, 2-3 pm from and 9/09, 4-5 pm.
